Neil began his career with a decade of experience in e-commerce development and the cybersecurity sector. In 2012, he identified a gap in the cyber insurance market and transitioned into the insurance industry.

He went on to found and successfully exit Website Insurance, a cyber-specialist brokerage. Following this, Neil established Node International, a cyber-focused managing general agent (MGA), which was acquired by the Kaufman Group in 2020.
