Paul Griffiths

Operations Director
Paul is currently Operations Director for RB Jones UK, based in London.

Paul began his insurance career in 2011, starting at the insurance company Casualty & General, holding underwriting and operational positions, before making the transition to start-up MGA Corin Underwriting, where he established and headed up the operational function, as well as continuing as a senior underwriter on various binding authorities.

He joined RB Jones UK in 2023 and leads the Operations team, working closely with the underwriting, distribution, finance and compliance functions alongside our partner insurers and operational partners.
